RealPresence Mobile is an easy-to-use video app that provides premium quality audio, video and content sharing. Cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe-of-a finger. Users simply highlight a name, connect, and then collaborate.

My mac road warriors use this to participate in enterprise wide video and audio conferences as well as with federated partners. Excellent audio quality, simple interface, good content sharing. We standardized on OS 10.0.2

I am not connected to a gatekeeper but am able to dial out. Video works good. A few sites I can not get audio or send audio. Of the two company sites I tested with the audio never would work (sending or receiving), the other sites audio would work only some of the time - could hear but not send. The iPad seemed to always work. I will have to play with the setting to see if I need to enable or disable some feature. Other than my audio issues the video look good and my head is massive when I use the iPhone and they view it on the massive screen in the board room.

For iPad it works as stand alone and this app needs CMA support, hope it will change in next relise of firmware

Some bad moments

The mobile app seems to be des gene by the engineering team and is terribly inefficient to use...when you can get audio and video to actually work. On iOS 10, it doesnt work with Bluetooth audio. Please update this app- it hasnt been touched in 6 months which is inexcusable given the pace of OS updates and the functional issues.

iOS 10 is not compatible with this app as the Bluetooth no longer works. You cant hear any calls through your Bluetooth head phones anymore. Please update

While it is running, iPhone slows down very much and the key pad never worked right so I missed a conference call.

Excellent videoconferencing App. I can easily dial to group systems H.323 and bridges wifi or 3G. Also its great way to communicate with my family when Im away from home.

Downloaded for use on my iPod Touch - iTunes would not sync the app to my Touch. Hope this changes in the future. I would find this app useful as I am on the road alot and could use VC to keep in touch with staff and management.

Thank you for supporting direct dial of H.323 endpoints! Now I can actually call from my phone to all these HDX systems I bought!
